Book giveaway! 101 ways to do maths on the go...

Maths on the go book coverThis new book by Rob Eastaway and Mike Askew is filled with ideas for doing maths out and about with the kids. There are things to do at home, in the car, and even in a queue. You don't need any kit or expensive materials - just a bit of imagination!

To win a free copy, just tell us how you do maths on the go via Twitter, Facebook or email.   We'll pick five names out of the hat on 8th April to receive a free copy of the book!

Here are some ideas from the book for inspiration:

If A = 1p, B = 2p, C = 3p then how much is your name worth?

How many different ways can you cut a piece of toast in to quarters?

Can you work out your age in dog years? What about hamster years?

Keep an eye on our social media pages during Easter as we'll be sharing our favourites!

The competition is now closed, as of 3.00pm 08/04/16.
