Number Confidence Week programme announced

19 Oct 2021

We have a whole week of fun and fascinating content coming up for Number Confidence Week between Monday 1st and Friday 5th of November.

From livestreams to downloads, video resources to kids activities, we have something to help everyone feel more number confident. And yes, we would like to finish with fireworks on the final (bonfire) night!

The full programme has been announced for a series of livestreams and online activities throughout Number Confidence Week,   supporting the UK to feel more confident in understanding and working with numbers.

Kicking off on Monday 1 November, the week will cover three crucial topics: supporting your children; managing your money; and getting into, or on, at work. As always, everything is entirely free for you to view and use.

In our unique series of ‘Confidence Conversation’ videos, every morning at 9.30am, celebrities, experts, parents and workers will discuss how they feel about using numbers in everyday life – from helping children with homework to getting a job interview. They will give their top tips for boosting your number confidence and chat about the benefits it has brought them, and can bring you, too.

And each evening at 6.30pm, join our celebrity ambassadors and special guests for live chats on Instagram, hosted by the TV star and maths teacher Bobby Seagull and finance podcaster Mr MoneyJar, with special guests throughout the week.

Meanwhile our online Number Confidence Week hub includes a fantastic range of helpful, easy-to-use and downloadable free resources. There’s a bumper pack of number confidence activities for kids, videos to help you overcome worries about maths, tip sheets to help you get number confident at work and much more. Stay tuned to the website and our social channels as we will be adding new content across the week.

Number Confidence Week has been made possible by the generous support of Founding Partner, TP ICAP, and our Lead Supporters for this campaign, Experian and Santander.

No registration is required for anything across the week – just watch and join in via the Number Confidence Week web page or our our FacebookInstagramTwitter and LinkedIn channels.
