We've worked with health care trusts, retailers and unions across the country to show how improving staff's numeracy skills is not only possible but of great benefit to employers.
To do this we focus on the Essentials of Numeracy, not the kind of abstract maths many of us remember from school but everyday maths.
Training and workshops
We offer training in person (subject to regulations) and remotely to build staff's confidence with numbers. Our award winning 'Becoming and Numeracy Champion' programme, develops the skills of leaders in the work place so they can raise the numeracy of their teams.

The National Numeracy Challenge
The National Numeracy Challenge has been used by over 300,000 people to check and improve their skills.
Many of these people felt anxious at even the thought of doing maths. But the Challenge's confidential and step-by-step approach has empowered them to improve their skills and confidence with numbers.
