Activity 1: My Maths Story Assembly - create your assembly deck
Once you are booked in to a school we will ask you to complete your PowerPoint assembly slide deck. Please use our template slide deck to do this. Do add photos if you have any of you doing your job or hobby, or we can add some generic ones for you if you prefer.
Some volunteers like to complete our Word doc assembly plan to refer to during the assembly, as it’s unlikely you’ll be able to see the notes on the slides when you are presenting your assembly.
As well as the notes on the slides, here are some guidelines you may find helpful when completing your assembly deck.
Do let us know if you’d like an online call or support via email to assist with preparing your assembly. Once you have completed your deck please email it back to us, by the date given, to [email protected] We will check any changes with you, add any photos, embed the video and send it over to the school so it is ready on a screen for you when you arrive.
